A page from my diary…

A page from my diary… The year is bidding goodbye and as a practice I am summing up what I am today! This year… Its 31st night, sitting in my luxurious penthouse overseeing the ocean from the 40th floor. While the city is illuminated and some stunning firework display painting the dark sky with various hues, I am enjoying the breeze flowing through the window, sipping my Charosa Tempranillo from my favorite groove of the house. This is the place from where I had made so many important decisions for the company as well as for my life. This corner place of my house makes me feel quite relaxed and composed. It almost always gives me strength to look ahead in life whatsoever. It’s like being in the lap of my Mom... I miss her. And comes tomorrow, a new chapter, a new diary, a new day and a new year… Will any of these things change our life or will it be the same old life that we will get back to?  I have never been so blank; I had been clear about what I shall write o...

Happiness…

Happiness… It was a stressed morning; I had an important meeting to attend. It was a big order for a company of our size, clients had arrived from Mumbai and they wanted to look at our samples, presentation and Facilities... I was not keeping well from morning but didn't want to assign the work to my Managers, so I decided to meet the client. Anyhow decided to drive myself and started for the meeting. While crossing the signals at a cross road, I could feel something wrong, images in front of me were going blur...I slowed down my car and then I am not sure what happened... Next I remember, opening my eyes in a hospital. I could see my worried wife sitting next my bed, her tears not yet dry. Gathering some strength I asked her, “Where am I? And how come you are here?” Instead of answering me she rushed out to call the doctor... After the examination doctor said, “He is quite fine, let us keep him on observation for two to three days.” Eager to know about myself, I ...

Just a snake...

Just a snake... Here I am slithering across, Waste lands and slippery rocks, Pulling myself through forest and hillocks, Keeping myself alive and aloof, I can’t blame myself that I eat rat and frogs Definitely expect credit, For the scavengers job, Here I am despised by, One and all, And I try my best to see you never find me, I am scared of all of you, When I see you I gitter, Shy myself from dwellers, Hiding in holes and gutters, You came to my dome, And made it your home, And when I appear, You made sure I disappear, I am a humble creature, Meaning no harm to anyone, With no future, what so ever, I am known as a killer, But I am, Just a snake... Love You Dear...

Sashi has worked hard to reach where he is in life today. He had passed his graduation from his hometown and moved to Hyderabad in lookout of a job. He did some odd jobs to survive in this big city and then became a salesman for FMCG products in a particular area. He was happy doing that job. In one of the office training programme he was taught about goal setting. He took it very seriously and followed it as each instructed by the trainer. He decided to do his MBA and wanted to have his own firm in the next 10 years. He worked very hard and followed his dream in a disciplined manner. He was successful and could do his MBA from an open university, bought a house in Hyderabad and started his own firm. In the due course, he was married and had two kids. His wife Malathi also supported him in every possible manner. Today, Sashi was a very successful businessman. He became a member in most of the important clubs and associations in the city. He was so busy that it was difficult f...

Mom...I am going back Home...

Ranjo and Gaurav are married for quiet some time, both had a busy schedule in office and with traffic increasing, it was taking a long time to reach office or back home. They were blessed with two cute looking kids, and had support of their Parents; Gaurav's parents used to take care of their children until Ranjo returned back home. Ranjo's mother in law (Lakshmi) was not very educated, so was not able to help the children in their homework, but would surely help the children to change over, give them the evening snacks and sit with them while doing their homework or playing. Both kids being very naughty some time Lakshmi asked her Husband (Param) to scold them so that they sit peaceful and not fall and hurt themselves. Ranjo was very caring towards her in-laws, She would take them out for movies, temples or any family get-together. Every festival or Birthday, she would buy them new clothes  as well and MIL also reciprocated in the same manner to DIL... But somewher...
